2025 PacFAA Spring Conference

The 2025 PacFAA Conference will take place immediately following the WASFAA Conference, bringing together financial aid professionals for an afternoon of learning, networking and celebration.
CONFERENCE FEES & DEADLINES
Current PacFAA Member Rate (member log in required): $130
Non-Member Rate: $180
Payment must be received no later than April 14, 2025 to complete your registration.

- Buffet Lunch
- Free 2025-2026 PacFAA Membership, May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026
Conference Cancellation Policy
The PacFAA Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual PacFAA conference. Please email Jannine Oyama; Registration Chair, at jannine@hawaii.edu should you need to cancel or transfer your registration.
- Conference registration canceled on, or before April 5, 2025 is refundable.
- Registrants canceling after April 5 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Conference fees may be transferred to another individual.
- In the event that PacFAA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances*, PacFAA will refund the cost of the conference.
*Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents PacFAA from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
