The annual PacFAA Conference provides essential training through relevant sessions to enhance participants' professional development. By attending training with other aid administrators from different types of educational institutions, the conference creates an environment in which participants can increase their professional growth by networking and collaborating with fellow participants.

Your payment must be received no later than March 3, 2023 to complete your registration.

Conference Cancellation Policy
The PacFAA Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual PacFAA conference.
- Conference registration canceled on, or before March 3, 2023 is refundable.
- Registrants canceling after March 3, 2023 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Conference fees may be transferred to another individual.
- In the event that PacFAA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances*, PacFAA will refund the cost of the conference.
*Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents PacFAA from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
